I highly recommend Andee Branscomb as a Property Manager. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, and friendly. She is also very responsive returning phone calls and texts very quickly. Andee worked quickly and efficiently to find a tenant for my property. She worked diligently to make the process of finding, screening, and securing a tenant as seemless as possible. It has been a very positive experience working with her!

Andee is on the ball and has taken care of anything we came across to look at several times. She knows what she's doing and walked us through every step in this process.

My husband called Andee to look at a house and she met him there that afternoon. He had her draw up the offer that day. All documents were sent promptly for us to sign. We were outbid on that house but she kept us positive and we continued looking. We've made another offer and are in the home stretch. She let's us know every time she sends something for us to sign or if there's new developments, even while taking care of her other clients. Thank you Andee!!!

Andee worked with us and provided us with a lot of information that we needed to navigate todays home market. She was able to take my families needs into mind and found us a great home! Andee, went above and beyond after our initial phone call. She was able to show us 2 homes virtually within a few hours of understanding our needs. Because of her fast actions we were able to secure the home we preferred that weekend and we’re so thankful! Moving across the country with our 4 month old is no easy task but she took the stress out of selecting a new home without being in the area. I appreciate her kindness and follow-through, and will definitely reach out when the time comes for our next home.
